About this website
Nexxiv Technology provides business IT services from Mackay, Queensland. For privacy enquiries, contact hello@nexxivtech.com.au or 0432 592 251.
Information you provide
When you contact Nexxiv, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details and a description of the help you need. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive client information in a website enquiry.
Website enquiries
This website uses WordPress and WPForms to collect enquiries. Form notifications are directed to Nexxiv’s business email address. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and discuss proposed services. A consultation enquiry does not confirm a booking or service agreement.
Hosting and email
The website is hosted by Bluehost. Nexxiv uses Microsoft 365 for business email. These providers process information involved in operating the website and handling correspondence, and their services may involve processing outside Australia. Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and error logs for operation and security. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in.
Your information
Correspondence may remain in business email records and backups. Contact Nexxiv to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
Updates
This page may be updated as the website and information-handling arrangements change. Updated 4 November 2026.
